How to become a good collaborator?
I believe that the skills that make a good collaborator can be practiced, and I work to find ways to improve collaboration by taking a deep look at interpersonal barriers. I am interested in the psychological, emotional, and physiological factors that play a role in collaboration. and I explore strategies for individual and collective conflict resolution and exercises to increase our self-awareness, effective communication, and cognitive flexibility.
